Lita Gelgur RN has over 20 years of applied experience in hospital managed care environments, and cosmetic medical services. She shows dedication to her profession by continually updating her skills and levels of education. Lita has numerous certifications including: California Registered Nurse License, Critical Care Nurse License, Botox Administration, Dermal Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, Fractional Laser Treatment, Secret RF, Sculptra, Voluma, Sclerotherapy, Arc Derma, SkinPen, and Photofacials.  Lita is a Certified Trainer in Dysport and Restylane for medical offices in California.

Lita’s certifications in all Laser Procedures through Palomar ICON from Cynosure has qualified Not Just Faces MEDICAL AESTHETICS as the CENTER OF EXCELLENCE for Orange County, CA.

Working alongside owner and aesthetic expert Lita Gelgur, Dr. Reich brings his extensive medical expertise and a holistic approach to support the practice’s mission of enhancing natural beauty through safe, personalized care.

With a strong foundation in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Reich has developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional dimensions of women’s health. His clinical background complements the aesthetic services offered at Not Just Faces, ensuring clients receive medically-informed treatments that prioritize safety, wellness, and results.

Dr. Reich is known for his calm, reassuring presence and commitment to empowering patients through education and collaboration.
